INTRODUCTION
The XGZC6800 product series is a high-precision linear Hall-effect current sensor chip, widely used for AC or DC current sensing in industrial, commercial, and communication systems. Each XGZC6800 consists of a high-precision, low-temperature-drift linear Hall element and an integrated low-resistance current conductor path. The current flowing through this low-resistance path generates a magnetic field, which the Hall element converts into a proportional voltage output. The product employs differential current sensing technology in its design, effectively suppressing interference from external common-mode magnetic fields and improving accuracy in magnetically noisy environments.
The XGZC6800 is precisely calibrated at the factory for different current ranges. When current flows through the internal current path (à partir d'épingles 1 et 2 aux épingles 3 et 4), the output has a positive slope (>VQQ). The internal resistance of the current path is typically 1.0 mΩ, ensuring low power dissipation and energy consumption. The current path terminals (épingles 1-4) are electrically isolated from the signal lines (épingles 5-8), llowing the XGZC6800 to be used in high-side current sensing applications without the need for additional expensive isolation techniques.
